This position locates in Pingdi, Longgang District, Shenzhen. 工作地点为深圳市龙岗区坪地街道。

This position is to coordinate and manage I4.0 and digitization projects in local plant as an IT role. Take the task as administrator of  MES system, coordinate relative project implementation& continuous improvement of I4.0 projects.

该岗位为统筹协调本地工业4.0及数字化项目的IT部门岗位，担任MES系统的系统管理员，负责统筹协调MES相关项目实施,和持续推进改善本地工厂的工业4.0项目。

工作职责：

1. Manufacturing IT (ITM) and I4.0 coordination. 生产相关部门实施ITM和工业4.0
2. Central I4.0 task / project implementation in local;贯彻落实总部计划的任务或项目
3. Local management of MES/I4.0 roll out projects and lead local MES/I4.0 project, including business analysis collection and validation, budget management and other project management work and so on.完成全球MES/I4.0项目在本地推广实施及本地MES/I4.0项目管理工作，包括业务需求分析收集，预算管理等。
4. Coordinate I4.0 projects implementing in Shenzhen plant and follow the projects, reporting the projects as an IT role.协调跟进公司实施的各I4.0项目及改善计划，定期向管理层汇报项目进度。

1. B.S. major in IT or electronic or manufacturing relevant本科IT或电子或制造、工业工程相关专业
2. Good analytical and problem solving skills,良好的问题分析和解决能力
3. Ability of self-learning;自学的能力
4. MES project implementation/delivery experience, I4.0 project experience, be very familiar with process control of manufacturing enterprise is preferable; 具备MES项目实施、交付经验，有工业4.0项目落地经验，熟悉制造型企业过程管理者优先；
5. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and virtual team;跨部门协调能力, 有效地与内部和跨组织团队合作
6. Could communicate in English可以用英语沟通
7. Project management skill具备项目管理技能
8. ITM (Manufacturing IT) support experience would be preferred有ITM (生产制造IT)工作经验者优先
