Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in OS Migration project
• Installation and configuration of Windows 10, backup and data migration
• Provision of technical support to end users
• Update services details in the system and report to supervisor
• Identify problems which are related to software and hardware
• Hardware and software inventory check

Requirements:

• With 1-2 years' relevant office I. T. support experience
• Independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiar with Microsoft products
• HKDSE / F.5 or above
