IT Financial Landscape p lanning and realization
- Assist the business units in creating and enhancing IT FS landscape incorporating the specific requirements of the Chinese market.
- Align between IT-/business strategy.
- Assist in establishing and managing continuous process improvement.
- Stake-holder relationship management.
Project coordination and implementatio n
- Management of project implementation and processes including budget, time, and quality management.
- Lead implementation of IT projects following the defined scope, schedule and budget to ensure successful role-out of IT projects that could support business growth.
- Provide s upport to IT, business to drive decisions and actions in project implementation.
- Conduct regular updates to the Senior Management.
Communicate and coordinate amongst IT teams, international and vendor partners.
- Coordinate IT landscape development between internal, international and vendor business units;.
- Consult the responsible IT departments and business units in their application processes and best practices.
- Identify, analyze, communicate, escalate and find solutions to process issues related to the specific Chinese environment (e.g. CBRC government regulation alignment).
