What role will you play? • Prepare, follow-up and moderate meetings • Coordinate and ensure the EH service offering for marketing purposes (one pager/service catalogue…) • Ensure service transparency for EH and its partners • Maintain and develop our Portfolio Management Process • Define processes to develop our Portfolio • Ensure collaboration between the EH teams • Communication (posts in Yammer and/or LinkedIn, Member of the Digital Industry IT Communication group, Coordination of cross-functional teams from different countries, proactively promotion of new portfolio elements (together with Service and/or Project manager) • Organization of Events (Tech Talks, Townhalls, ....) • Support internal projects We are looking for: • Initiative, good organization and very good time management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction • Communication skills, assertiveness, coordination skills • Ability to analyze & innovate • Proven effective problem-solving skills • Very good interpersonal and intercultural skills • Strong knowledge of business processes • Ability to set competing priorities and handle a variety of requests simultaneously • Knowledge of project management principles and best practices • Experience in preparing agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation, and presentations • 2-5 years of work experience • Excellent English skills; Portuguese and German are a plus • Agile experience is a plus What we have to offer: A flexible home office and schedule policy, virtual budget to improve your home office setup, health insurance, a Pension Plan and a Siemens Share Program time and financial support to your studies, medical center in the facilities, sport groups, 2 days for volunteering initiatives and a cool and relaxed environment.
