The role:

There are numerous initiatives to accelerate the growth of e-commerce. This role will focus on e-commerce projects within the China region.

The focus of the role is to manage the deployment of projects for three brands in China:

• Management of the scope, timeline, planning of the projects. Coordination between Global, local ecommerce Vendor, Local ecommerce team/IT team.
• Rollout of eCommerce Website and Mini-program into China.
• Involve and support for any ecommerce related projects if required.

The ideal candidate would have experience in launching ecommerce applications in China/Global.

• Someone who has past project experience in the Retail or FMCG industry.
• Good Knowledge of ecommerce Technology and Business/IT process.
• Candidate who have experience of Magento +Shopex will be preferred.
• Someone who is result-oriented, and able to work under multiple-tasks.
• English/mandarin is a must.

Key job accountabilities:

• Apply ecommerce’s requirement into IT solutions(BrandStore, Mini-program etc)
• Manage and coordinate with third party ecommerce provider.
• Communicate to all project stakeholders for the project status/risk.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure and hosting, as well as Web development Lifecycle.
• Manage the Dev/QAQC/Documentation during project lifecycle.
• Manage the third party vendor on a daily basis to deliver the project on time and budget.
