We are currently seeking a IT Project Manager to join our Global Headquarter based in Hong Kong. He/ She will be responsible to plan, execute and finalise new hotel and renovation projects, including but not limited to acquire resources, coordinate with team members, contractors and/ or consultants in order to deliver the project according to plan. He/ She will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

As the IT Project Manager, we will rely on you to:

• Manage IT infrastructure project deliverables by prioritizing, tracking, requirement collection, progress monitoring and deployment.
• Lead the development and deployment of new technology such as network and WiFi system in new and existing projects.
• Keep the IT/ELV/AV design standards for new hotel and renovation projects up to date
• Develop project specific briefs for each project based on the design standards and hotel specific requirements, after consultation with other departments in the Corporate Office
• Responsible for the technical design of all IT/ELV/AV related areas such as wired and wireless network infrastructure, structured cabling system, PABX and audio visual system
• Prepare and review the IT related RFPs
• Manage the IT project critical path and monitor the progress of all project related activities to ensure that all the defined project objectives are met
• Conduct site inspections for work quality review and maintain close communications with the various project related parties (both internal and external) to ensure all project related issues are promptly rectified and project changes are effectively managed
  

• Degree in Information Technology or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 7 years working experience in a project management capacity. Experience in all aspects of new hotel opening process development and execution is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory administration.
• Experience in wireless (Ruckus and Aruba) technology and cabling design
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong managerial and problem solving skills.
• Attention to details, efficient in follow-throughs.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in non-technical language.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Fluency in written and oral English & Chinese is essential.
• Some travelling may be required.
