Responsibilities

1. Vision, road mapping and planning

Create and manage our integration road map

Translation of road map into a detailed planning

Identify and manage risks, dependencies

Responsible for maintaining budget

2. Planning and analysis

Analyze current as is situation and the desired to be result

Work out a plan and design how we will achieve the desired result

Act as a facilitator to all parties involved; ensure that all stakeholders are aligned

3. Execution

Ensure all parties remain on plan and issues are resolved timely

Ensure proper change management within KLG

4. Rollout and maintenance

Ensure that deliverables are properly tested and users are trained

Ensure that proper maintenance is done and valuable changes identified

5. Project management

Maintain own project plan, communicate clearly with key stakeholders

Work independently and drive results

Not be afraid to make key decision

Location

Based in Shanghai City office, near Shanghai railway station.

Some travel (1 to 2 days per week) will be required to our warehouse location in South Shanghai (company provide transportation or accomadation nearby).

Skills Required

Education and work experience:

• Experienced in a managerial role, managing people and vendors is required

• Experience in enterprise integration projects is required

• At least 5 years’ experience in the logistics industry is a must

• Experience with relational databases

• Experience with middleware solutions (preferably Microsoft BizTalk)

• Experience with BI solutions (preferably Microsoft PowerBi)

• No programming/coding experience is required, but having it is a plus

• Good English (written and verbal) communication is required

• Strong mandarin (written and verbal) communication is preferred

• Experience with working in international companies is a plus
