ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing major customer projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.

2.Manage project teams that include lead engineer, site manager and administrative support and third-party vendors

3.Manage MES around solution implementation

4.Manage multi-function and multi-vendor efforts to plan and implement multiple, integrated system solutions to customers'complex projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor degree in engineering or IT knowledges

2.Minimum 8 years of related work experiences in enterprise level IT solution implementations.

3.Minimum 3 years of experience in MES project management experience

4.Project experiences in the industries of food&Beverage, auto, pharmaceutical

5.Demonstrated success at simultaneously managing multiple complex customer projects

6.Good English language skills

7.Willingness to travel > 50%
