The Project Manager is a critical role to the IT team and will manage the delivery of large-scale, multi-year strategic projects; coordinating efforts between different teams and disciplines to ensure successful and cohesive deliveries.

In this role, the candidate will need meticulous attention to detail, extraordinary collaboration skills, the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and achieve project goals. Confidence and composure when facing uncertainty, rapid change, and demanding deadlines must also be demonstrated.

Drive on-time delivery of IT components within the constraints of time, approved spend, scope, and quality.

Manage medium to large sized Information Technology related projects and enhancements.

Establish strong project plans, capturing dependencies across teams and execute accordingly.

Track and report out on project spend.

Capture lessons learned from project execution and ensure follow-up in other projects.

Ensure that project goals support the business case and effectively manage sponsor expectations.

Effectively manage communications with project stakeholders and other project teams.

Support a high-performance culture including supporting the shared vision, direction, and building trust, motivation and commitment with members of other teams and with leadership.

Identify potential team conflicts and have the courage to challenge and escalate as necessary.

Advanced skills in project management

Minimum 5 years of experience crafting and tracking large and complex project plans involving many teams

Strong communication skills, working in a global environment

IT application and infrastructure knowledge

Fluent English in both writing and speaking.

Project management certifications are an advantage (Prince2, PMP, others)

Understanding of complex technical shop floor operations and manufacturing environments is a plus

Education preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Information Management or equivalent work experience.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
