What will you do?
· Take on a Project Manager role to assist the IT workstream to manage this large scale project that has 9 separate workstream with ~27 system to be in place within 10 months with an expected aftercare of 2 months.
· Work with 9 different workstream and 2 different pitch team (Logan, Millersburg)
· Setup the validation plan and ensure delivery till project closure
· Risk management planning and to raise up to necessary authorities when sign of risks spotted. Mitigate the risk when required.
· Setup training plan
· Daily / weekly meeting cadence report out
How will you get here?
I. Education
· Individuals with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/Engineering
II. Experience
· Minimum 2 -5 years of IT experience handling medium to large scale projects.
· Should have minimum 2 years experience in project management of ERP projects.
· Strong facilitation and time management skills with prioritization abilities.
· Ability to multi-task in a very fast- paced environment, between multiple projects workstream with post-project support.
· Experience with ERPs and Manufacturing is required.

III. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, including able to interact with all level of stakeholders effectively.
· Able to work effectively with dispersed, remote and global teams.
· Working experience implementing project with regulatory and compliance components (FDA, HIPAA, etc)
IV. Preferred Qualifications:
· PMP certification is a plus
