Information and Functional systems

• Lead the continuous improvement initiatives of the company’s information system, including but not limited to: Collaborative tools, Network and Cloud infrastructure, Security and Hardware, E-commerce platform,
• In charge of the support level 2 for User & Infrastructure requests and incidents
• In charge of the support level 1 and 2 for the information systems (ERP NAV)
• Set the support policies and standards applied by the third-party IT company who oversees the level 1
• Actively promote use of the latest IT tools and best practices within the company (Office 365)
• Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Provide training, coaching and mentoring actions as required
• Take part in the ERP integration projects with partners’ external platforms
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies and make recommendation to the management

Mains deliverables for the next 18 months:

• Advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, MacOs and Linux Ubuntu), network administration and service desk administration
• Audit the current security level of the company IT infrastructure and propose improvement actions
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion
• Establishes IT policies, standards, practices, and security policies
• Automate and improve the new hardware deployment for the users in remote offices (Autopilot)
• Deploy single-sign-on solution for the company’s applications
• Plan upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems
• Knowledge of French is a must 

Requirements – experiences 

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines equivalent;
• At least 6 years relevant hands-on solid working experience with minimal supervision
• Overseas educated preferred and international exposure life/education/work is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge in ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX is a MUST
• Knowledge of cloud based and API integrations, past experience with DELL Boomi is a BIG PLUS
• Experience in Azure solution and cloud architecture is a big Plus
• Experience in Web-Development Back-end and Front-end is a plus
• Background in retail, supply chain or logistics industries is a plus
• Knowledge of Office 365 and cloud integration solutions is a plus
• Project management experience is preferred
