Our project manager team plays an essential role in achieving IT business innovation throughout the Asia Pacific region within Bosch Group. Being a project manager or agile master, you will provide your support to various Bosch business divisions,  and enable the Bosch business.

·       Manage the project with suitable methodology to deliver the product/solution/service

·       Ensure the scope of project defined, communicated and agreed

·       Establish the project management plan based on project charter, lessons learnt from other project

·       Establishes a formal process for controlling changes to project scope according to the project’s principles and communicate this to the project stakeholders

·       Enables leaders to govern with confidence, making timely decisions using high quality management information

·       Motivates the project team and ensure the right blend of skills and personalities with business consulting

·       Manage all aspects of project to reach project successful base on project goal

·       Ensures compliance with guidelines and regulations of their organization for conducting the project

Contribute knowledge exchange globally
 

Required Skill sets:

-       5+ years working experience in IT area, 1+ year experience in project manager or PMO

-       Strong knowledge of project management, familiar with waterfall or Agile methodology and tool.

-       Ability to motivate and lead the project/agile team

-       Knowledge of IT product, prefer to SAP knowledge

-       Be open and customer oriented

-       Excellence Communication Skills

-        Problem solving skills (analysis, options, driving decisions)
 

Preferred Additional Skills

-       PMP or PMI-ACP certified

-       SAP modules
