• Drive on-time delivery of IT components within the constraints of time, approved spend, scope, and quality.
• Manage medium to large sized Information Technology related projects and enhancements.
• Establish strong project plans, capturing dependencies across teams and execute accordingly.
• Track and report out on project spend.
• Capture lessons learned from project execution and ensure follow-up in other projects.
• Ensure that project goals support the business case and effectively manage sponsor expectations.
• Effectively manage communications with project stakeholders and other project teams.
• Support a high-performance culture including supporting the shared vision, direction, and building trust, motivation and commitment with members of other teams and with leadership.
• Identify potential team conflicts and have the courage to challenge and escalate as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Management or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced skills in project management
• Minimum 5 years of experience crafting and tracking large and complex project plans involving many teams
• Strong communication skills, working in a global environment
• IT application and infrastructure knowledge
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking.
• Project management certifications are an advantage (Prince2, PPM, others)
• Understanding of complex technical shop floor operations and manufacturing environments is a plus
