We are looking for a Business Analyst and Technical Project Manager who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives, who can oversee the selection and implementation of software programs and hardware resources and who can:
• Analyse and evaluate the business processes and products (especially related to Fund platforms and Distribution / Service Fees Calculation / any type of Fee Calculations and Flows)
• Take end to end responsibility of requirements elicitation for Fee Calculation engines during the development life cycle, release management planning and as well in day to day production
• Deep understanding for needs of our various stakeholders
• Evaluate high level requirements in terms of feasibility and efforts (costs / benefit)
• Develop and deliver prototypes and work in an agile environment as technical lead
• Identify the impact on interfacing and integration
• Generate Business Rules / Use Cases and the corresponding Software Requirement Specifications
• Review test cases, support of the testing units in test design and execution
• Leading teams up to 10 members across functional areas
• Work in an international and distributed environment
• Take on this role and grow into potentially other target roles with more responsibility
