Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 32h/week. Your tasks and responsibilities: The Service Framework Projects team (SF-PR) leads various projects with the goal of further developing and expanding Siemens Healthineers' remote maintenance solutions. As a project manager, you and your colleagues in the SF-PR team are responsible for all professional project management tasks and lead international project teams In your role, you will be responsible for projects holistically (i.e. analysis, definition, implementation and completion) with the aim of limiting risks, exploiting opportunities and achieving project goals in terms of quality, on time and within budget. This includes organizing workshops with stakeholders, preparing milestones, contracts, presentations and reports as well as performing professional risk management For example, you will take responsibility for a migration project to transfer the devices of a business unit to the new Smart Remote Services platform. In doing so, you will take into account the requirements of our customers with regard to cyber security, data protection and transparency In doing so, you will be in close exchange with the service owners, the business areas and the agile development project 'Next Generation'. You report the project progress in various steering committees and communicate with the program management as well as the senior management To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/products-services Your qualifications and experience: You have a degree preferably in an engineering discipline with a focus on project management or information technology You have many years of solid experience in project management, ideally with a focus on the implementation or migration of IT solutions You are proficient in various methods in agile and classic project management and can ideally prove this by means of corresponding certifications (e.g. GPM certification, Scrum Master) You also have a wealth of experience in the IT environment and have acquired very sound knowledge in the design, development and operation of IT solutions to be able to meet technical discussions at eye level. Ideally, you already have experience with the DevOps model and an ITIL4 Foundation certification Your attributes and skills: You have a diverse toolbox to analyze contexts and develop solutions together with an international project team You always keep the long-term goals in mind when developing solutions, comprehensively weigh options against each other and lead them to a sustainable decision for our customers and the company You have very good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness to develop and implement decisions across all technical disciplines and diverse hierarchical levels You are able to demonstrate your communication skills in English with excellent negotiation skills - you also have a good command of German.
