The IT Project Management team brings opportunity to grow in the areas: IT Program Management for large scale and strategic digital transformation programs Project-o-Verse: Open platform for IT Project Manager to facilitate interactions of Project Managers, foster knowledge and good practice exchange in a project manager ecosystem Deliver and further develop the IT Project Management methodology (IT Project Management framework) including classical waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies (SCRUM, Safe agile framework) Coaching on the project teams and mentoring of project managers Strategic Advisory Partner for Siemens Businesses, IT Leadership team and IT Strategy for setup, planning & implementation of strategic IT programs What will be your tasks: You lead IT Projects in Business Transformation and Business Applications like ERP, CRM, e-commerce according to defined project management standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility You also lead several agile teams according to safe scaled agile framework and manage all assigned project staff (>50 project team members) You identify and evaluate continuously all opportunities for the project enhancement as well as all evident risks, including suggesting appropriate counter measures within the actual project You control work results provided by suppliers/internal partners and the escalation of deficiencies in quality and cooperation You are accountable for the project results based on the strategic priorities and set goals (e.g., budget, quality, schedule, sustainability), as you manage the project through the entire project life cycle You are responsible for stakeholders’ management (peers + 1-2 levels) and the utilization of resources is also in your responsibility You enhance and support IT Project Management Methodology as well as the Siemens IT Project Management Community platform Additionally, you support the IT Transformation in the domain of Siemens as-a-Service Business (Siemens Businesses) You obtain the transition from Project Solution to Service organization with all IT service management processes Your qualifications and skills you bring in: The basis of your success is a master's degree in business economics, business informatics, electrical engineering, digital business management or equivalent with several years of work experience You have several years of experience in project management with intercultural and international collaboration.
