Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Monitor project progress against plan
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation
• Communicate and coordinate regularly with oversea colleagues and partners/clients
• Monitor and responsible for the project P&L
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Requirements:

• Degree or above preferably in the fields of Computer Science or IT engineering
• 10 years of IT experience or above with 5 years or above experience of project management
• Broad knowledge in IT field, in particular IT infrastructure area
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese
• Good project management skill, client-facing and presentation skills
• A good team player with all level of colleagues
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
