Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information systemspecific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and ontime delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years track record of leading Agile teams, serving as a scrum master, product owner, or release manager, working within a structured software development environment, and implementing SAFe and Agile methodologies within a large organization.

• Proven interpersonal and stakeholders management skills to coordinate expectations, facilitate complex discussions, coach and motivate teams, and foster collaboration across teams and functions across multiple geographic locations.

• Expert in tracking and reporting key Epic and ART metrics (burn down, burn up charts, cumulative flow diagram, etc), performing scrum master duties (coaching, ceremony facilitation, impediment resolution, risk management), and supporting continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps.

• Strong passion for facilitating strategy and delivery alignment across products and stakeholders and identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities.

• SAFE Program Consultant (SPC) and/or SAFe Release Train Engineer ( RTE) certification.

• Additional Knowledge & Skills - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
