Key Job Responsibilities:

• the role will involve both working with existing clients and growing the team's client base through effective business development
• prospecting new potential clients in Shanghai, identifying the key decision makers within the client organisation
• managing the full recruitment process, building relationships with candidates in their relevant sector in order to place them with clients, and head hunting where necessary to source high calibre individuals for clients
• identifying and approaching new candidates while also continuing to develop and run the strong existing pool of candidates
• overseeing the development of recruitment assignments, managing the full recruitment process

Are you the right person?

• At Robert Walters, previous recruitment experience is not a requirement. Many of our consultants have backgrounds in the industries for which they now recruit and as a result add significant value to both our clients and candidates.
• fluency in English is required
