工作地点：南京溧水 What are my responsibilities? * Is responsible for SNC Application service department management. including budgeting, project, people, applications，and technology. 负责SNC 应用服务部门管理,包括成本，项目，应用，人员以及技术。 * Is responsible for implementing guidelines and processes of the software applications strategy including service portfolio management within the AP department. 负责AP部门内软件应用服务相关的流程和规范的实施，以及软件服务的总体管理。 * Response for department resource management, employee’s performance management, target setting, people development etc. according to company strategy. 根据公司战略，负责部门的资源管理，员工绩效，目标设定，员工发展等。 * Oversees continuous development and optimization of the responsible team and applications services. 全局规划和负责部门和应用服务的持续发展和改进。 *Manage and implement headquarter/local IT project. 管理与实施公司总部和本地推进的IT项目。 * Response for adherence with all relevant security and compliance requirement of the team and relevant services. 负责确保部门的活动和相关服务符合西门子安全和合规要求。 * Be the driver and enabler for SNC digitalization, and automation from innovative technology point of view. 从新技术的角度作为SNC的数字化和自动化的推动力量。 * Manage relevant 3rd party resources and vendors. 管理相关第三方资源和供应商。 What do I need to qualify for this job?
