Responsibilities:

• Work as Technical Consultant, responsible for overall infrastructure solutions support to our customers
• Function as consultant on server and security solutions to provide advice during pre-sales and post-sales stages
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues of generic office application, such as Windows 10, Office 365, Adobe software, MDM, etc.
• Knowledge of service management best practice (such as ITIL, ISO20000)
• Good problem solving skills, including root-cause analysis
• Self-driven, good communication skill, result-oriented and can work under pressure
