Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- OEM/ODM manufacturer of consumer products and electrical appliance
- Main product : electronic household appliances, HVAC products, thermostat control for heater fan/wok/grill etc
- HK office : 20 staff
- Factory : Dongguan China 500 workers
- We are looking for IT SUPPORT ENGINEER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in IT Team of 2 members
- Good knowledge on computer hardware and networking
- Provide daily technical support to office end-users on hardware and software,including but not limited to PCs, printers, projectors, telephone system, mobile devices and other systems
- Perform trouble-shooting for computer system and network connection (including LAN, firewall, routers, switches and Wifi etc.)
- Provide workstation set up including PC, peripheral, computer hardware/software and other necessities
- Monitor and ensure server run smoothly and data backup are properly maintained
- Maintain IT inventory record (both hardware and software licenses), server room maintenance and operations
- Assist in sourcing, selecting vendors for office equipment, regular maintenance and computer parts
- One day per week work in Tsuen Wan office / 4 days per week work in Dongguan factory
- 5 days work
- HK office : Mon to Fri 9am-5pm
- Dongguan office : Mon to Fri 9am-5:30pm
- Company shuttle bus provided daily betweern Lo Wu and Dongguan factory
- Accommodation and meals provided in Dongguan
- Office location : Tsuen Wan
