Job Description

The Data and Analytics Group (DAG) within the Intel IT business segment is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and high-quality data, reporting and analytical solutions.

We are looking for a motivated, high energy service leader for a virtual team of highly talented individuals who will lead a delivery team in transforming Intel's Item, Product, Material master data capabilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the scrum team's Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator of Agile methodologies and ensure team adherence to best practices, including ownership, self-management, and empowerment.

  • Identify and remove impediments to allow the team to focus on development.

  • Facilitate the teams planning and execution processes as well as guide the team in continuous process improvement.

  • Engage and collaborate with the Product Owner to plan work, mitigate risks, provide frequent updates, and achieve maximum productivity for the team.

  • Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.

  • Create a collaborative environment that allows the team and clients to interact closely.

  • Coordinate with program/ART scrum masters when work is being performed across various scrum teams.


The candidate should exhibit the following skills and behavioral traits:

  • Solid communication skills. Drives communication and delivers content using a thorough understanding of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

  • Works creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Interpersonal service leadership skills to motivate and mobilize team members

  • Excellent analytical skills, solid knowledge of IT systems, and advanced skills in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, Power BI, etc. to assist with measuring team quality, predictability, and sustainability metrics.


Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

This position is NOT eligible for sponsorship.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Project Management, Computer Science or any other related field OR an equivalent of other work experience/training such as relevant military experience or technical school training


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master.

  • Experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry

  • Scrum master, product owner or equivalent agile/scrum leadership experience

  • Excellent Jira and Jira Align knowledge.

  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies including tools used for work planning and tracking such as; Rally, Jira, etc.

  • Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Inside this Business Group

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
