任职资格:

1. Bachelor or above

2. 2 years or above working experience in IT Security

3. Proficient in both English reading and writing (CET6 or equivalent certifications)

4. Good at MS Office softwares

5. Good at Infographic/data analysis, a good sense of providing best service, able to understand key IT and security concept

工作职责:

Policy and procedure

? Create guideline for end user based on the requirement defined in policy and procedure

? Perform risk assessment and set up controls according to the assessment result

? Perform regular internal audit to ensure security controls are in place

? Research on the external compliance need from local or global law and regulation

? Identify opportunities for continuous process/service improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner

Awareness program

? Design and publish monthly newsletter and other awareness material

? Prepare and provide training to targeted user group

? Collect feedback from target audience and make sure that the awareness program run effectively

Security system

? Work with business to conduct data classification/shared disk folder management/USB port authorization

? Maintain DLP/Data Insight system settings according to business requirement

? Coordinate with external supplier for system related issues

? Support incident response and investigation

? Support the remediation activity following incident investigation

Project Management

? Support initiatives/projects originated from Corporate IT security team
