Responsibilities:

• Work with consultant and security vendors to conduct audit and improvement of internal IT system, process and policies which requires skill of vendor management and project management.
• Following CMCC 4A information security standard and deploy 4A solution for internal and external systems
• Planning and Implementation of information security policy, standard and procedures across the enterprise in order to keep daily operation work meet the standard of CMMI-3, ISO9001, ISO 27001, SOX
• Conduct IT Security threat assessments/ vulnerability scanning and audit compliance, ensure the functioning of system activities and security measures
• Deploy of Security Tools for Windows on employee laptop and BYOD laptops in order to protect data leakage
• Deploy tool of access graphic gateway to meet the standard of CMCC Treasury Mode.
• Prepare internal audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations and perform follow-up works
• Conduct IT Security threat assessments/ vulnerability scanning and audit compliance, ensure the functioning of system activities and security measures

Requirements:

• Diplomatic or Degree in Computer Studies or relevant discipline
• Professional Qualification of CISSP, CISP, Security+, CISA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Information Security, IT audit or related fields.
• Experiences of working in Telecom industry is an advantage
• Familiar with network security products, such as 4A（中國移動安全標準）,Treasure Mode（金庫模式），Graphic Access Gateway（圖形堡壘）, Firewall, Router, Switch, IDS/IPS, DDOS, Load-balancer, SSL VPN, End-point protection, DLP and disaster recovery
• Sound knowledge on operations system platforms, such as Windows, Vmware & Linux
• Strong Analytical mind, Proactive, independent and proven ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command in both spoken and written Mandarin & English
• Occasionally travel is required
• Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
