Duties and responsibilities：

1. Rack management and space al"location" for servers, switches, routers, firewall and storage;

2. Cable management for all IT equipment including power cable, network cable and fiber cable;

3. Creating and updating documentation during and after the project;

4. Hardware troubleshooting, changing and upgrading cables and IT equipment;

5. Respond to service tickets for physical device in datacenters in a timely manner;

6. Maintain and troubleshoot basic hardware issue including Physical server, power unites, cooling system;

7. Do deployment projects for server rack installation and validation;

8. Provide consistent, detailed feedback to other team on failures, service ability of devices, and integration with the datacenter;

9. Keep parts lockers up to date and properly stocked at all times;

10. Comply with all datacenter safety, security, and operational protocols at all times;

11. DC asset and CMDB management;

12. Monitoring task:

1) Critical Facility Infrastructure monitoring and management;

2) Environmental monitoring and "alert" management;

3) Data center efficiency monitoring and management;

4) Intelligent power management;

13. Any other related duties arrange by manger.

Requirements：

1.Minimum 5-year relevant working experience in data center;

2. Good knowledge in facility Infrastructure as electrical power, UPS, cooling system, and data center monitoring system;

3. Good knowledge and experience in physical server, storage, tape library and network device;

4. Ability to perform day to day data center operations job;

5. Able to work on weekends & public holidays if needed;

6. Able to work in multi-task environment, and work under pressure and tight deadline;

7. Good communication skill in Chinese and English；

8.BZ trip sometimes；
