Design and develop policy management system based on users' requirements.
Main responsibilities of Senior Developer:
1. Provide functional and/or technical support to developer(s), as required
2. Specifically supports the implementation of application and technical software, and contributes to maintaining and improving quality and performance
3. Contributes to detailed functional specifications and takes care of technical specifications within the framework of projects and/or application maintenance

1. Computer science or information technology related major
2. With over 3-5 years life insurance and development experience
3. Familiar with at least one object-oriented development tool and Crystal report
4. Good in logic, math, and communication
5. Has good command of both spoken and written English
6. Requirement of Certificate: LOMA 280 &290
