IT Service Delivery Manager

THE PLAYFIELD:
Decathlon.com.cn is an e-commerce site whose development and performances are key to Decathlon business in China. It relies on multiple infrastructure and modules and aims to provide an exclusive experience to customers. This requires to guarantee :

• high availability online

• excellent response time (mobile and desktop)

• frequent and impact less upgrades to deliver new features

• costs & process optimizations

• reactive services in the running mode

Thanks to your leadership, your animation and your initiations, you ensure the stability, reliability, performance, the security, the transformation and the evolution of a set of digital solutions on a given environment, serving the satisfaction of sports users.

In your environment, you will work in relation with Functional & Technical IT members, and business leaders.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

• Define with your business partners performance KPIs and expected commitments from Solutions & Technology teams, and be responsible to these indicators.

• Collaborate with S&T operational teams & business team for commerce platform continuous improvement.

• Create and lead on Communication means; Lead communication to business team, including whole environment report, optimization plan, crisis, incident debrief,etc.

• Ensure the quality of each version deployed in production environment, build environment roadmap;

• Mobilize and animate S&T teams from hosting, dev, ops, products and support (located in China and France) in order to satisfy your partners.

• Animate functional & technical monitoring setup, optimization, and escalation flow by collaborating with multi-teams.

• Consolidate the environment costs and optimize them

• Coordinate with support team to ensure the services quality in running mode

• Setup and optimize the knowledge database

• Methodical and organized, with high demanding level, you are able to plan your activity in order to carry out several projects of concert

• You have a spirit of sharing, and a desire to grow others

• Passionate about continuous improvement

• Your projection ability allows you to make decisions, in anticipation, on your environment

• You speak imperatively English (usual and technical: regular contacts with the international).
