Role #1: Enterprise PLM Business Process Support

• Versed with …Process definition and implementation nuances of core processes like Engineering Change Requests (ECR), Non-Standard Requests (NSR), etc.
• Experienced in troubleshooting… inter-dependencies with upstream and downstream processes managed via SAP CRM and SAP Manufacturing.
• Adept at resolving … End-user challenges in using these engineering change processes to meet Sales Orders, New Product, and other engineering objectives.
• These personnel typically have a business analyst or business process architect experience in prior PLM implementations
• Prefer prior experience with Teamcenter
   

Role #2: PLM-CAD Engineering Design Support.

• Should have experience with Teamcenter and Creo.
• Versed with .. Design engineer’s typical work operations (load, save, release) with large BOMs (bill of materials), different types of assemblies (e.g Inseparable),  different CAD (mainly Creo) and drawing data formats.
• Well aware of Teamcenter integration (e.g IPEM) issues and troubleshooting associated functional, data, and performance problems.
• Familiar with best practices of working with large assemblies, troubleshooting associated performance problems.

Both roles

• Should be Level-3 skilled. Thus, comfortable in supporting customers working with problems with no-prior history, limited information, crisis moments, etc.
• Should be quick learner
• Should be effective in performing in a fast-paced environment, with high demand for troubleshooting, customer orientation, and cross-regional collaborations in short durations.
• Should be effective in communication, especially in stressful moments.
