In your role you are responsible for design, documentation and optimization of IT service management and project management processes (process owner) You will be responsible for advising, informing and training for IT/Cybersecurity staff You will cooperate with internal specialist departments and other Siemens/IT departments worldwide You will implement and automate the IT service and project management requirements in a Service Now based standard solution You will manage IT service providers by taking quality standards into account, including service level agreements (SLA) Additionally, you will support in drafting contracts, monitoring compliance with contractual rights and obligations, as well as controlling and approving supplier's project and service billing You will support in planning, securing and controlling the budget of the relevant IT services, considering cost transparency and forecast quality What you need to make real what matters. You have completed a university degree in business informatics, business administration or in a comparable field You bring several years of practical experience and very good understanding of the ITGC as well as Service Now or Service Now based solutions Several years of experience with internal and external audits are desirable You have ITIL Foundation training and/or PMI certification (ITIL Expert certification desirable) Ideally, you have professional experience in IT service management or similar areas You are confident in using MS Office and reporting tools (Tableau) as well as in handling presentation techniques You are characterized by initiative, analytical skills, result orientation, strategic thinking and customer orientation Furthermore, you bring organizational skills and quality orientation, communication skills and the ability to adapt to changes.
