Role description IT Service Management Professional will perform operational management of IT infrastructure services for Latin America. Will support the rollout of global IT infrastructure projects for Latin American countries and ensure IT providers are delivering IT services according to agreed service levels after projects go-live. Tasks and responsibilities: Responsible for end user and infrastructure support in Region Latin America Roll out of centrally defined projects to Region and countries Act as interface to central project team Management of IT suppliers and contract Perform IT service delivery management Oversee all the service’s life cycle, including capacity, availability and continuous improvement management Monitor and analyze service provider performance / KPI’s Management of incidents resolution and escalations from IT Business Partners Interface and relationship with internal business Customers Suggested competence profile Fluent in English Complete undergraduate degree IT infrastructure service knowledge IT service management knowledge in an out-sourced environment Stakeholder management experience Intercultural experience Good coordination, planning and time management skills Qualifications • Experience on managing global / regional / local external IT service providers • Experience in IT service management • Experience in managing mid-sized IT infrastructure projects • Good presentation skills and working in a global organization • Customer Oriented • Proactive approach to problem solving Trainings and Certificates: ITIL and ITSM Project management Negotiation management Our globalteam: We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives around the world.
