Asia End-user Computing and Mobility Engineer

Duties

• Partner closely with GIS teams and other leads to deliver the end-user computing solutions in compliance with company security, compliance and operational demands

• Create, execute, and communicate integration/implementation project plans, daily-to-day tasks, and risk assessments for the end user computing environment and lead weekly review meetings

• Developing an IT playbook model for the end user computing environment to establish repeatable standards and streamline future desktop infrastructure integrations

• Support and facilitate the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity assessment activities

• Ensure effective communications to all stakeholders throughout the project

• Delivers innovative solutions, provides support for corporate endpoints and L1/L2 support teams in the field

• Design and implement end user data management strategies to ensure positive user transition experience while maintaining data security requirements

• Actively contributes to delivering a world class end user computing experience

• Continually develops skills and abilities to keep current on new technology and practices

Required Skills

• Strong IT project management and business analysis (discovery, scoping, planning, etc)

• Extensive experience & expert skills executing enterprise Frontend infrastructure integrations – PC, Mobile, Printer Device etc and Software Distribution architecture and solution such as MDM and SCCM

• Strong ability to lead technical & project reviews with stakeholders

• Advanced skills architecting engineering (L3) desktop/server solutions in a global environment

• Expert knowledge of Windows Operating System and Windows productivity tools

• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, software packaging tools & qualification processes, and scripting languages (VBScript/PowerShell)

• Ability to create solutions and processes with a great user experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean

• Practical experience with desktop virtualization technologies
