Job Duties:

• Provide project management and contract administration services in IT Service Quality
• Management (ITSQM) project
• Be the key contributor and driver of Quality Assurance or audit related tasks which facilitate the government department to be qualified in ISO 20000 certification
• Be the key administrator and coordinator of the ITSQM project and liaise with different system management teams in the government department
• Monitor the performance of the ITSQM consultants and contractor providing ITSQM services to the government department
• Review the deliverables of the ITSQM consultants and contractors
• Report to the project steering committee of the ITSQM project

Requirement Details:

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• At least 5 years solid working experience in IT of which 3 years relevant working experience
• Well-versed in service management best practice (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000), with ITIL certification is definitely an advantage
• Good project management skill, with PMP certification is definitely and advantage
• Solid experience in disaster recovery planning
• Pervious working experience in/with HK Government is a must
• Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written English
• HK Permanent Resident is required
