The Service/System Owner is responsible for the lifecycle of a service/system in the means of features, quality and economical aspects.
- Responsible for the delivery of services within the agreed service level.
- Identifies and evaluates requirements for service changes.
- Managing of sub-contractors and service brokerage incl. quality.
- Defines, documents and calculates services.
- Negotiate service level agreements.
- Manages the implementation of service changes.
- Performs Service reviews with business partner.
- Definition and monitoring of performance indicators.
- Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Informatics or equivalent higher education.
- Several years of work experience in IT, some of them in manufacturing area.
- Fluent English (mandatory), German (beneficial). Polish is a must.
- Team player and good communication skills.
