This enables our sales organizations worldwide to offer our systems and solutions to our customers' needs in any country or language. Your role will be a service operations specialist providing support for Product Information Management and marketing materials. In this role, your responsibilities and tasks include: • Manage requests and incidents • Execute data loads and data exports • Provide problem solving and update the knowledge base • Design, customize, configure and testing of MM • Execute standard changes according to a given change model • Perform User Acceptance Test, support of testers • Monitor data interfaces and update dashboards • Manage access privileges and user assignments • Execution of scheduled events (cron jobs, UNIX shell scripts, interfaces, data loads) Your qualifications and experience: • You have atleast 3 Years of solid expertise in facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM module and optionally some UC4 experience. • Hands on experience in Material Management, Sourcing and Inventory management, etc. • You have atleast 3 years in incident management, request fulfillment and test execution. • Design, customize, configure and testing of MM • You have the ability to troubleshoot issues, working with ticketing tools. • You have the willingness to work extended hours that may be required to meet deadlines. • You are well versed with support processes (SHARP, SharePoint, HPQC experience nice to have) in supporting medium-to-large scale UNIX based applications • You are experienced in maintaining data structures like XML and SQL databases. • Working with Interface technology (API, Snaplogic) is part of your professional experience.
