1.Provide IT operations for sites in China. Installs, configures, deploys, upgrades, maintains and monitors operating systems and software, PCs, LAN, servers, telephony, mobile devices, using standard business and administrative packages, processes and procedures, in accordance with established IT standards, policies and procedures. In addition, schedules and performs data backup and recovery.

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering / information management or higher degree

2. Four years IT administration work experience is preferred

3. Proficient command in English(written and oral) and fluent Mandarin

4. Having IT professional certifications is preferred

5. Advanced level of professional expertise in IT, e.g. IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft MDT, Microsoft SCCM and WSUS, Antivirus, Request Management System (Remedy), Lenovo Think products, computer networks, Microsoft Windows XP/2003, smart phones / PDA / Blackberry, VPN, backup systems and Siemens telephony

6. Resolves routine issues; identifies non-routine issues and take actions to resolve informs necessary individuals on status of work and decisions. Solicits input from others and includes them in the decision-making process when other people or processes will be affected

7. Strong communication skills; concrete customer service ability; willing and able to travel

8. Focus on key tasks when faced with limited time and resources; quickly identifies projects and initiatives requiring special attention; customer focused with ability to work independently against deadlines

9. Mature with the ability to recommend, present, deploy and evaluate IT solutions to management / users, negotiate and understand business processes (partnership)

10. Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing
