Site Services Lead

Bentonville, AR

 

Accountable for local site technology effective use and satisfaction at a single site or across multiple locations. Works with business partners, segment leaders, and MDT teams to discover and deliver Mars Digital Portfolio solutions across region/Global

 

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, and/or related field
• 5-10 years' experience as a IT product or program manager working in AGILE teams
• Proficient in the use of MS Teams and other online collaboration platforms
• Hands-on experience in either AI, data analytics, and/or mobile computing
• Familiar navigating IT support and business requirements in enterprise environments

                           

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Defines and discovers technology use cases and initiates demand
• Works closely with site-based leaders, business partnership, and MDT teams to define and deliver appropriate technology solutions
• Manages day-to-day Mgd Service contractors to delivery Site Support
• Drive continuous service improvement and innovation through Design Thinking, Agile, and traditional project delivery approaches
• Drives site technology innovation at local level
