We are looking for a talented IT Software Application Development Engineer in delivering IT Human Resources capabilities to Intel businesses. You will be part of an Agile Persistent Team maintaining and developing applications and platforms. For this role, successful candidates will possess a combination of technical skills and strong cross-team collaboration abilities. Your work will focus on IT Human Resources applications.

  • Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems used by end users or integrated with other applications. 

  • Development may span the full application stack including both frontend and backend application development. 

  • Drives unit test automation. Be well versed in the latest development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps.  

  • Automates build and deployment and performs unit integration and end to end testing of applications.  

  • Enable solutions that consider APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and other critical factors that contribute to complete solutions. 

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and IT Standards groups in the development process.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in programming with REACT/Angular, Node Js, .net Core.
- 3+ years of experience with Database technologies (SQL Server, Postgree, T-SQL, SSIS, Objects)
- 1+ years of experience building web applications/services/APIs using JS Frameworks (Angular, React)
- Advanced English level.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other related field.
- Agile development and CI/CD practices.
- Working with DevOps technologies and tools (GitHub, Containers, Branching Strategies, etc.)

- Experience with the Operational Support of applications. (Support Incident, emails, IMs, on-call)

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.



Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
