We are looking for an IT Software Development Engineer, Hana Development (IT SDE), to join the CF Core Enterprise - Team.
The role of the Software Development Engineer will be part of the Agile Persistent Team (APT) and focuses on the design and development of solutions in SAP HANA that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.

In this position, responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software applications used by end users or integrated with other applications by ISV partners. Development may span the full application stack including both frontend and backend application development.
• Uses modern software development methodologies and programming languages, follows secure coding practices and software legal compliance guidelines, analyzes user stories, writes both functional and test code, automates build and deployment, and performs unit integration and end-to-end testing of applications.
• Completes SDL tasks with the assistance of product security engineers and provides input to technical writers to complete product documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• May also interact with end users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other related field with 7+ years of relevant industry experience OR in lieu of degree, then 10+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in:
  • Developing IT solutions in Supply Chain Management areas.
  • JAVA Programming, Object-Oriented Programming, IDE, and Spring Framework.
  • SAP E-Commerce Cloud/SAP Hybris; Administrator Console, BackOffice and Cron Jobs (1-2 Years).
  • SAP Order Management Development Experience.
  • SAP Integration with non-SAP Applications.
  • Advanced English level.

Preferred

• Packaged and Open-Source Software (SAP ECC, ABAP Development).
•  Hands-on Experience in SAP PI/PO.
•  Experience in developing applications in various modules in SAP.
•  Experience in ABAP development including ABAP Object Oriented development, ABAP Objects, Script, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms, Report Programming BAPI and BADI's, User Exits and Enhancements, RFC, BDC, LSMW, Module Pool, Function Module, Procedures, Tab Strip Controls, Dynamic Internal Table, ALE/EDI/IDOC, Workflow, and Web-Dynpro.
•  Developing code in ABAP, SQL Server, SSIS / SSRS, GitLab/ Web API, WCF Service, and REST API, APIGEE.
• Familiarity with Spartacus.
• Planning, Defect and Incident Management tools like JIRA, Rally.
• SAFe/Agile practices and Dev Ops principles.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
