1. Serve as the on-site manager or key member of an enterprise's digital upgrade and transformation consulting project, responsible for delivering solutions, project management, team and communication management, and problem management;

2. The overall customer relationship manager of the project, responsible for planning and organizing communication at the senior, middle, and backbone employee levels;

3. Lead or participate in the entire process of customer demand research, problem diagnosis, and consulting solution design, assist the team in planning and building for customers, design organizational structure, and streamline business processes, ultimately forming research and change blueprints, planning reports, and outputs;

4. Complete the overall design and detailed design tasks of the designated content and consulting module, form a consulting plan, and organize its implementation;

5. Participate in consulting project business work, participate in in-depth customer follow-up such as high-level communication, project proposal writing, etc;

6. Responsible for extracting and summarizing knowledge related to the project, and participating in the company's knowledge management work.

Job requirements:

1. More than 5 years of experience in overall enterprise information planning

2. Priority given to overseas project delivery experience

3. Good communication skills in Chinese (including but not limited to Cantonese and other dialects) and English, with priority given to Japanese

4. Familiar with master data management and Internet thinking

5. Good teamwork and management skills

6. Can accept short-term business trips

7. Effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and participating in pre - and post negotiation work
