We’re looking for an IT Solution Designer/Engineer to:

• design software aligned to business and IT requirements, transferring business problems into technical solutions
• work with other technical disciplines to harmonize requirements, ensuring the end solution is fit for purpose
• develop and maintain de-central software
• lead and guide developers and implementation teams towards successful delivery
• make sure technical solutions are integrated into our infrastructure
• partner with scrum-teams and a range of internal and external stakeholders to enable and drive deployment of capabilities
• drive Engineering Excellence by living a pro-active speak-up culture and showing a service-oriented, client-focused mindset
• collaborate on incident management, problem analysis, proof-of-concepts, pilots, MVP design, quality and control
