Vendor Management for Computer Room facilities

Project local support for procurement & implementation.

Performs monitoring of voice and conference systems

Follows local and corporate service standards and best practices

Assists in the implementation and continual improvement of site processes and procedures

Assists in troubleshooting of incidents, analysis, problem identification and service restoration

Builds and maintains strong relationship with appropriate customer base, internal IT partners, and vendors

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

3 to 5 years with increasing responsibilities in the area of IT operations support

Vendor Management for Computer Room facilities

Daily operation support, incident, problem management;

Audio and video conference equipment management;

Assets management and technology life cycle management

Operation contract management, vendor service and relationship management

Demonstrated ability to manage outsourcing service teams

Demonstrated ability to improve local site offering services by ITSM methodology
