Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee full project life cycle, including requirement gathering, system analysis, implementation, deployment, testing and training
• Provide technical support for ongoing systems enhancement and maintenance
• Hardware and software troubleshooting and support to internal user
• Monitor server system stability and performance
• Perform data mining and analysis
• Interact with users for collecting requirements and providing technical solutions
• Liaise with Vendors on technical and commercial proposals

 

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, System Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge and experience in SAP or other ERP systems
• Proficient in PC applications especially in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
