This position is to offer IT support & services in local.  It will build up a reliable, cost-effective and secure IT environment and offer friendly IT services to contribute on business development.

1.       Manufacturing IT (ITM) and I4.0 coordinations; 50%

生产相关部门实施ITM和工业4.0

生产IT安全性，网络病毒/数据丢失/有效管理（ITM培训）

合规性，软件盗版合规性

员工培训，生产相关员工进行培训（每年/每季度）

本地沟通窗口，MES生产执行系统落地（网络/服务器/wifi）沟通协调

2.       Coordination with Central IT department  / project implementation in local;

贯彻落实CI总部计划的任务或项目

3.       Offer consultancy service regarding IT solution, maintain a good relationship with IT customers.

为用户提供IT解决方案的顾问服务, 维护与IT用户良好合作关系

4.       Coordinate I4.0 projects implementing in Shenzhen plant and follow the projects, attending global timely meetings.

协调跟进公司实施的各I4.0项目及改善计划，定期参加全球会议。

1. B.S. major in IT or electronic or manufacturing relevant本科IT或电子或制造相关专业
2. 1+ years IT relevant work experience will be preferred1年以上IT用户支持工作经验者优先
3. Familiar with often-used Windows-based IT system operations for business, e.g. Windows Servers, MS SQL servers, MS Office etc.
4. 熟悉常用的基于Windows的商用IT系统运作，例如：Windows Servers, MS SQL servers, MS Office等
5. Good analytical and problem solving skills, IT failure troubleshooting experience良好的问题分析和解决能力， IT故障的排错经验
6. Active, Self-motivated, open-minded, effectively communicate with IT users are highly preferred.活泼，主动，开明，能与用户有效沟通
7. Ability of self-learning;自学的能力
8. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and virtual team;基于团队的工作能力, 有效地与内部和其他团队合作
9. Ability to deliver service on time under stress;面对压力按时完成任务的能力
10. Practiced oral and written English would be preferred熟练的口语及写作英语
11. Time management时间管理
12. ITM (Manufacturing IT) support experience would be preferred有ITM (生产制造IT)工作经验者优先
