Department:Information Technology
Job Description:
- To support and maintain core business applications
- To monitor all application services are performing in a steady manner
- To provide analytical studies and resolution for application issues
- To work and communicate with higher tier support staff for incident and problem solution
- Report to Duty Head/Senior Manager on daily operation
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken / written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in programming language such as Java, PLSQL/SQL and database in Oracle and/or MS SQL server
- Skill in writing technical documents and specifications
- To work on 24 hour shift basis
