Join us in the Digital Team as Customer Technology Services Manager for Luxury properties, where you will play a pivotal role in owning stakeholder relationships, ensuring the services we provide are aligned to their requirements and being a key contact between hotel partners and our IT Technical Team.

Here is a snapshot at some of the responsibilities you will hold:

  1. Working closely with the internal and external stakeholders (Technical consulting/ product engineering services/customer support) to ensure mutual objectives are achieved and are to client satisfaction.
  1. Accomplish financial objectives, both investment and operations by forecasting requirements; preparing and tracking an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action 
  1. Solving day-by-day partner request that are owner specific or cannot be solved by helpdesk. Continuously improving helpdesk knowledge on hotel and partner IT Specify that can be delegated as L1 activity.
  1. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organisation outcomes; identifying problems; anticipating requirements.
  1. Monitoring and improving services delivered by Accor and Accor recommended suppliers. Creating/ implementing improvement plans if needed.
  1. Communicating consistently with customers throughout the customer lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed.
  1. Be in charge on all technical aspects of hotel openings, manage all third-suppliers involved and provide guidance to hotel owners.

Your profile?

A strong communicator in English  with experience of having worked within a similar field for a minimum of 3 years, in IT Project Management, or Level 2 support

Knowledge of Hospitality is an asset, but we are open to Talents from other industries!

Customer management experience is a must
