Job Description

1.Design and deliver professional development sessions focused on the effective use of technology in the classroom;
2.Provide one-on-one and group coaching to teachers to enhance their digital literacy and teaching practices;
3.Work with the Teaching and Learning leaders on strategic planning, delivery and monitoring of professional learning around digital technologies and their integration;
4.Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into the curriculum to enhance teaching and learning experiences;
5.Work closely with the SLT member i/c of Digital Strategy/Transformation to achieve strategic professional learning aims;
6.Stay abreast of current educational technologies, and advocate for using new tools and teaching strategies when found to be impactful;
7.Support procurement processes, ensuring data protection and data privacy are at the forefront of your thinking;
8.Assist in the evaluation of educational technologies for potential adoption;
9.Generate and provide reports on progress for leadership/support/intervention, as required;
10.Support parents with their knowledge, understanding and expertise in technology related to supporting their children whilst at home;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors preferred;
2.Clear criminal background check;
3.A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience with demonstrable impact;
4.Experience in an international school setting is preferred;
5.Badges from different EdTech companies showcasing proficiency with a wide range of technologies;
6.Apple Distinguished Educator status Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert status;
7.Experience in training and supporting teachers with the use of technology beyond your own subject are;
8.Proven track record of successful teaching;
9.Proven track record of successfully embedding technology across the curriculum;
