Mission & Main Tasks:

This position is responsible for optimizing and implementing IT strategy for Audi China IT to make sure the IT business is fulfilling the Group 2025 strategy.

Furthermore, this position is managing and coordinating new JV topics, from setting up new IT standards, transferring digitalization projects to JVs, to coordinating with different stakeholders for all IT related topics. It includes also being the interface between the business departments of Audi China, our Joint-Venture as well as the German headquarter.

Job Duties:

Task 1: IT Strategy management

• Define and optimize IT strategy for Audi China IT
• IT strategy lifecycle management and implementation
• Project portfolio management and maintenance
• Investigate and analyze IT strategy of Group standards and competitors in the market

Task 2: Joint Ventures Coordination

• Cooperate with colleagues from JVs and AUDI AG to make preparations of new JVs setup, especially IT standards/process/regulations/environment
• IT budget management for new JVs
• General project management for JV topics

Task 3: IT Digitalization activities support

• Innovation lab technical consulting and participation as representative of IT
• Digitalization report and documentation management
• Screening for new industry trends and technologies, documentation of it in a trend radar and transfer it into proof of concepts
• Networking with relevant technology companies, start-ups and the academic world

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master degree in Computer Science/Business management or other majors

Personal skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in IT strategy management within international environment
• Proven experience in JVs setup and coordination, IT process setup
• Strategic and innovative thinking and behavior
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Consulting background is preferred
• Proficiency in MS-Office

Language skills :

• English (advanced)
• Mandarin (mother tongue or equivalent proficiency)
• German (will be a plus, but not mandatory)
