For our Abbott Diagnostics Division ADD we are looking for an experienced laboratory technician who would like to develop as an Operational Subject Matter Expert. The position will support our AlinIQ sales activities and build strong relationships with our clients across Europe. This role might be based in Poland or Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand customer’s additional pain points to create and propose additional enablers as value expansion opportunities, responsible to close the sales cycle.
• Responsible in advanced and functional training of the customers for AlinIQ enablers, during laboratory day-to-day operations.
• Engage with the customer to improve daily workflows and resolve challenges by connecting them to AlinIQ functionalities.
• Ensure the maximum utilization of AlinIQ enablers at customer site, consequently, creating the most value and best RoI from the IT solutions.
• Responsible for presentation of AlinIQ OPEX Enabler at customer site.
• Support creation of SOW in Pre sales phase in partnership with Customer and CORE sales roles.
• Increase customer satisfaction and NPS, accordingly create value expansion opportunities and communicate with core sales team.
• Must deep dive on customer needs and answer by using AlinIQ enablers. Ultimate aim is to transform every customer into a AlinIQ reference site.
• With hyper-care minimize inadequate training associated errors and issues, thus reduce customer complaints and avoidable support workload on ITSS team.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of IT technology within hospital and laboratory environment, how technology drives value in the broader healthcare and laboratory space.
• IT functional expertise, IT product and industry knowledge in Healthcare and/or Laboratory Medicine preferred.
• Hands On ability to execute, process, communicate and present clinical and payment related information to a high standard.
• Should have a clear lab IT solutions acquaintance and appreciation.
• Ideally, be an active user of all IT systems in the lab, and preferably being the “right hand” of the lab director for IT related requests.
• Good analytical skills, problems solving approach.
• Willingness to challenge and improve the status-quo is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• External customer focus with strong networking capabilities.
• University degree is a must (medical, life sciences, IT or medical technology preferred).
• Ability to travel on a daily basis across assigned territory.
• Fluent in English and local language is a must.
