IT Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• Contributes to the satisfaction of individual guests by ensuring the technical team has the skills need to resolve simple and recurrent problems.
• Monitors technological developments and latest progress.
• Is responsible for the correct installation of technical IT, telecoms and audiovisual equipment   and ensures it is in good working order.
• Masters all the systems and applications used in the hotel.
• To be familiar with all system including Opera & Micros System.

• 对信息技术的发展变化和产品的更新换代熟悉。
• 负责信息技术，电话网络和多媒体设施的正确安装，并良好的运行。
• 管理所有软件系统和工具在酒店的使用。
• 熟悉 Opera & Micros 系统。

 

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• 2 to 3 years” further education or equivalent, professional diploma.
• 2 to 3 years' experience in IT maintenance / IT department or IT services or audiovisual company.
• Fluent in English and the national language.
• At least 3 years IT experience in the same position at an international hotel with 4* and 5* standard.

 

• 2-3年的专业进修相关资格证书。
• 2-3年的电脑维护/电脑部门或电脑服务或视频公司工作经验。
• 英语流利和本国语言。
• 应具备有至少3年在4星级或5星级国际性饭店同等职位工作的经验。
